Sugar cane alcohol is produced through a controlled process of extraction, fermentation and distillation:

  1. Harvest & milling – sugar cane is cut and milled to extract juice

  2. Purification – the juice is heated to remove impurities

  3. Fermentation – natural sugars are converted into alcohol

  4. Distillation – alcohol is distilled to reach the desired purity and neutrality
