Otto initially came from the marketing and business field but discovered his passion for commercial activities at Nedstar. Inside our commercial department, he is specialized in the German market, making sure to supply our German clients with the highest quality ethanol and services.

Describe a project or accomplishment you're particularly proud of.

While working with the team in Italy around a year and a half ago, I interviewed each member to learn more about our company's culture. Through these interviews, we were able to identify five key values that we have since adopted and implemented inside the company.

What's the most rewarding part of your job?

The best part of my job is definitely going above and beyond for our customers. It's those moments when they're searching for something and we manage to track it down for them. That feeling of teamwork and accomplishment is just unbeatable.

If you could work from any location in the world for a month, where would it be, and why?

If I had to choose, I would choose somewhere warm and sunny. But at the end, I would probably pick the Netherlands to be near my clients because many of them are located in central Europe.
