What is bio ethyl acetate?

Bio ethyl acetate is a colourless, low-viscosity organic compound with the chemical formula C₄H₈O₂. Part of the ester family, it has a boiling point of 77.1°C and is known for its pleasant, fruity scent. Its molecular structure, CH₃COOCH₂CH₃, gives it excellent solvency and fast evaporation, making it an ideal choice for industrial applications that require efficiency and purity.

The compound occurs naturally in some fruits but is mostly produced synthetically. Unlike conventional ethyl acetate, which is petroleum-derived, bio-based ethyl acetate is made from renewable agricultural materials.
