The Head of People & Culture plays a crucial role in our growth and innovation. As a strategic member of the management team, you'll lead HR efforts across the employee lifecycle, focusing on aligning HR strategies with Nedstar’s values and objectives. Your responsibilities include cultivating our workplace culture, promoting diversity and inclusion, and developing talent attraction and retention programs. This role goes beyond policy execution to actively shape the company culture and employee experience, ensuring Nedstar embodies a community where everyone is encouraged to contribute and grow together.

Your profile

  • Possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree. 
  • Have 5 – 7 years of relevant experience in HR or related fields, showcasing your ability to develop and maintain HR processes. 
  • Proficient in English at a professional level; Dutch is a plus but not mandatory. 
  • You are assertive, knowledgeable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. You're ready and willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved in all aspects of the work.
  • Known for your organised and efficient approach to work. 
  • Have a genuine passion for enhancing the individual and collective experience within the organisation. 
  • Open-minded, committed to fostering an inclusive atmosphere where all team members feel appreciated and respected. 
  • Excel in a dynamic, international setting, adapting swiftly to the demands of a fast-paced environment.

  • Performance Management: Oversee evaluation processes; encourage continuous improvement.
  • Learning and Development: Align development programs with organizational goals.

  • Legal Compliance: Ensure HR practices meet legal standards.
